In today's technology-oriented world, a wide range of commercial and administrative services are provided through the use of Software systems. Due to the importance of a comprehensive and structured process in the Development of a Software systems and in this regard, in this paper proposes a useful management checklist cluster, called Software system Development workflow checklist. The proposed checklist is actually a package containing a subset of more detailed monitoring checklists in the Software system Development process. The suggested checklist is a tool to create a comprehensive management routine to evaluate the performance of tasks and structured workflow in the Development of Software systems. In addition to explaining the system workflow and clarifying the monitoring of Software system Development, the proposed workflow checklist package is proposed as a resource for working team members to evaluate and resolve differences of opinion and align executive tasks and also to avoid and prevent common management mistakes. It should be noted that based on the proposed checklist package, in the Software system Development workflow management process, project managers could monitor the system Development with both a top-down and middle-out approach. This means that first, with a top-down view of each phase of the Software life cycle, could receive the progress report and with the middle-out management view, evaluate and control items of the proposed checklist package. In recent years, lots of research has been done on effective usage of natural gas; the first step in these processes is conversion of natural gas to Syngas. Natural gas reforming process by refomer furnace is commonly used for syngas and hydrogen production. In this paper, windows based Software, RIPI-RefSim, is introduced. By using proper heat, mass, kinetic and thermodynamic models as well as effect of catalyst shape, the Software has been developed for the reformer furnace simulation for syngas and hydrogen production. RIPI-RefSim could be used in three different modes (Rating, Simulation and Design) and provides user a detailed understanding of furnace performance, product characteristics, temperature, reaction rates and pressure drop profiles, heat loss, effect of catalyst shape, and etc.

BACKGROUND With an increase in the prevalence and incidence of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs), they have become a global challenge. The IBD registry provides complete and timely data, thereby greatly contributing to the estimation of the burden of these diseases and Development of control and prevention programs. We aimed to develop an IBD registry Software. METHODS The present applied-Developmental study had two main stages: determining user requirements, and developing the IBD registry Software. The Software was created using a Web-based Software Development technology called ASP. NET Core 2. The programming language in this framework was #C, and the SQL Server 2017 was employed to create a strong and integrated Software databank in the relational form. RESULTS When determining user requirements, the data elements were classified into two main categories of patient information and visits and tests. Moreover, in this stage, registry functions, including case ascertainment, abstracting, follow-up, quality control, and reporting were identified. In the registry Software Development stage, the object-oriented conceptual model was designed with five use case diagrams and 59 classes. The user interface comprised the following main sections: add patient, find patient, complete source report, report, staff, and drugs. Precise user authentication and authorization were also employed to enhance the security of the developed Software. CONCLUSION Development of an IBD registry which can precisely record patients and estimate the incidence, prevalence, and socioeconomic burden of these diseases can assist in planning for the control and prevention of IBD in healthcare systems.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study is to recognize librarian’s participation in Software Development from Software producer's companies' point of view.Method/Approach: This is an applied research and has done by descriptive method. The study population included 6 Software producer companies. For data collection we used from researcher-made checklist based on literature review that will confirm its validity by experts.Results: The findings of the study showed that librarians with skills of the web and internet (32.33) and hardware (6.83) accepted highest and lowest cooperation in Software Development. Also, librarians in acquisition department (recording section) with 4.33 and Donation Section with 2.33 average have highest and lowest range. On the other hand, the result showed that librarians in the steps of definition and design of Software Development with 4.83 and 1.5 average sequentially have high and low cooperation. Also in Development of Software solution organization-preparation and security specialists with 4.33 and 2.5 have effective role.Originality/value: From point of Software developer, librarians can be more effective in Software Development, so it's needed more interaction.

There is increasing demand for sophisticated Software engineering processes in today's Software systems. In this regard, however, there is a multitude of different processes and each has various advantages and disadvantages some of which relate to the problem domain or in the context of Development. Computer Software Development processes have to pass through many scenarios to be completed. There are many ways to solve a single problem in Software Development. Sometimes, in structural engineering, the developer is not able to decide which process will suit a particular problem. It can be said that selecting a suitable process is a big issue in structural process Software engineering, and the problem of selecting a good candidate method is a big issue in structural process engineering. The solution of such kinds of problem can be found in the work to be done and the task to be performed by the operational process rather than by the process structure. This paper introduces the notion of process operationality and proposes ' process architecture' to represent this operationality. Thus, Structural Process Engineering (SPE) becomes Operational Process Engineering (OPE). Operationally close process architecture is selected, adapted, enhanced, and restricted as needed. The task of construction consists of putting together process features and structuring the new process.

Accurate estimation of Software service Development effort is a great challenge both in industry and for academia. The concept of effort is an important and effective parameter in process Development and Software service management. The reliable estimation of effort helps the project managers to allocate the resources better and manage cost and time so that the project will be finished in the determined time and budget. One of the most popular effort estimation methods is analogy base estimation (ABE) to compare a service with similar historical cases. Unfortunately ABE is not capable of generating accurate results unless determining weights for service features. Therefore, this paper aims to make an efficient and reliable model through combining ABE method and DE algorithm to estimate the Software services Development effort. In fact, the DE algorithm was utilized for weighting features in the similarity function of the ABE method. The proposed hybrid model has been evaluated on a real data set and two artificial datasets. The obtained results were compared with common effort estimation methods. Obtained values indicate 28, 34 and 19 percentage improvement on the three datasets ISBSG, Moderate, and Severe, respectively.

This article provided alternative futures of the industry for domestic producers and policy makers. The scope of the research was Iranian Software sectors until 1404. This study was conducted by applying qualitative methods, such as: PEST analysis, Porter's Forces, content analysis, semi-structured interviews with experts of Software industry and developing scenarios by GBN on critical uncertainties. Finally, four scenarios were presented by two main uncertainties, including 1. Government policy and executive advocacy of the Software industry, 2. International engagement of it.

Developed multiple language, is efficient for the whole country to day.
